函件类作文包括考研小作文中常常呈现的主张信、举荐信、聘请信、抱愧信、问询信、辞去职务信等六类。告示类作文包括常见的告诉等。

经过对历年真题的计算，小作文的七大常考类型的查询比例如下：?

「主张信解密」

主张信一般是写给家人或兄弟，关于对方在日子、作业、肄业等进程中遇到的实践疑问或利诱供给观点、辅导或给予对方所需要的主张，或关于对方不正确的行为进行劝勉、劝诫或打开谈论。

??主张信的规划规划如下：

①毛遂自荐，阐明写信缘由和对方所说到或触及的疑问

②关于疑问供给具体主张

③期望主张可供对方参阅或采用

??留心思项：

①主张信的言语视所触及的疑问或写信人与收信人之间的联络而定；

②所触及的疑问较严厉时，主张诺言语就相对正式，口气严厉，言辞稳重；

③如果对日子中的小事供给主张、观点，则用语相对非正式，口气较轻松随意。

举荐信首要是向组织或机构举荐或人，或向兄弟举荐某物，期望对方能承受举荐。举荐信也恰当于赞扬信，所以内容要必定、旷达，并对被举荐人（物）体现出决心。

①介绍被举荐人（物）的称号及举荐理由；

②具体介绍被举荐人（物）的情况

③重申被举荐人能担任学业或作业需求，或重申被举荐物能被采用。

??留心思项：

①举荐信要阐明对被举荐人（物）的晓得程度；

②要偏重被举荐人（物）的优势，杰出其利益，但也不可以过于夸大。

「聘请信解密」

聘请信是我们在社会交际、外事活动和往常日子中，为聘请对方参加某项活动而写的信，可分为正式和非正式两种。正式聘请信一般触及严峻交际事宜，如参加世界会议、造访查询、协作研讨、讲学、参展或大型集会等。非正式聘请信一般用于聘请了解的友人做客、参加集会或活动等。正式聘请诺言词精确，言语礼貌稳当。非正式聘请信口气较亲热随意，行文简练。

①阐明聘请意图;

②阐明活动组织或待遇等；

③提出等待尽早恢复或寻求对方对此聘请的定见。

①聘请信中要讲清与聘请活动有关的细则；
