四课：道歉与祝贺
在日常生活中，我们常常会遇到一些特殊的场合，需要我们表示祝贺或者因为某个失误而向他人道歉。这种文体的写作往往不仅仅是简单道歉或者祝贺即可，而是需要结合其它的内容一起来写作。
introduction: 向对方表示祝贺或者道歉（有时候需要先感谢）；
details: 具体鼓励对方努力的方向或者解释表达歉意的原因；
response: 希望对方为自己做的事情或者自己将做什么；
close: 表达祝贺/歉意并结尾。


1）表达祝贺或喜悦心情的常见句型：
congratulations on your...(achievement, anniversary, success, passing the exam...)
i am overjoyed to hear that you...
i shall congratulate you on ...
2）表达歉意的句子与结构：
i apologize to you for...
please accept my sincere apologies that for...
i am very sorry to... / i feel very sorry for ...
3）表达肯定对方的成就及鼓励的常见句子与结构：
it is your hard work and persistence that make where you are today.
all your efforts have paid off.
it is a reward of all the sleepless nights and endless practice.
it is a milestone in your great journey of...
